Don’t forget that oranges also contain a very high concentration of Vitamin C, which is important to burning energy through metabolic reactions. Interestingly, Vitamin C is actually internally produced by many living things, however, not having enough of it can cause scurvy. As for the anti-aging “eternal youth” thing, I haven’t read any reports on this yet and more studies should be done.
